Terms of Service

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the user ("User," "you," or "your") and Cryptocommerce Limited, the Company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This Agreement governs your use of the The Oneheartplatform or the OHP website ("Website") for buying and selling Bitcoin.

Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Website. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may not use the Website.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Website, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Buying and Selling Bitcoin

The Website facilitates the buying and selling of Bitcoin between Users. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided regarding the Bitcoin being sold or purchased.

The Company is not responsible for errors in submitted bank account information, or Cryptowallet address submitted to the website by the user. Users take full responsibility for the submission of correct Banking information and Crypto Wallet addresses. Users are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before engaging in any transactions.

Transactions and Payments

All transactions on the Website are conducted directly between Users and the company.

Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the buying and selling of Bitcoin, including but not limited to tax obligations.

Fees and Commissions

The Company may charge fees or commissions for certain transactions on the Website. Users will be notified of any applicable fees before completing a transaction.

Fees and commissions are subject to change, and the Company will provide notice of any changes in advance.

Privacy and Data Security

The Company collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. The Privacy Policy is governed by the Data Protection Act, 2020.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and are encouraged to use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication.

Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to engage in any activities that violate applicable laws or this Agreement, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or the unauthorized use of the Website.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in prohibited activities.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes between Users and the company should be resolved using the mechanism provided by the websites Dispute resolution mechanism.

Users agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of disputes or transactions on the Website.

Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason.

Upon termination, Users must cease using the Website, and any outstanding transactions or obligations remain in effect.

Changes to the Agreement

The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

his Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jamaica.
