The One Heart platform makes buying and selling Bitcoin easy through a simple demand and supply system. Users sign up, verify their identity with KYC, and then choose to buy or sell Bitcoin. Buyers use card payments or bank transfers, while sellers send Bitcoin to the OHP Bitcoin address and receive payment via bank transfer. How much Bitcoin can I buy?
OHP operates transparently, showing the total available Bitcoin for purchase online and updating regularly. Transaction records can be viewed on blockchain explorers like Cointracker or Bitref. Unverified users can buy up to $50 USD or $6000 JMD in Bitcoin monthly, while verified users can buy unlimited amounts based on our liquidity.

Which Bitcoin networks do you support ?
We support the Bitcoin network for users purchasing directly to Trust Wallet and other wallets, as well as the BNB Smart Chain Network (BEP20) for users purchasing directly to Binance.
What are Gas fees and how much does it cost?
Gas fees are costs for completing transactions on a crypto network, varying based on network usage. OHP doesn't control these rates. Presently, Bitcoin network fees go up to $20 USD, while BEP20 network fees go up to $0.1 USD. Users should consider these fees, which may change throughout the day.

How long does it take for me to get the Bitcoin in my Wallet address?
Our standard processing time for buying Bitcoin is 24 hours, once we confirm your payment. Additionally, it depends on the network. The traditional Bitcoin Network can take up to 1 hour to process transactions, while the BEP20 network takes only 3 minutes.
How long does it take for me to get my cash once I sell my Bitcoin?
Our standard processing time for sending user funds is 3 business days after confirming that the Bitcoin was received in our wallet.
