Refund Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from The One Heart Platform ("we," "our," or "us"). To qualify for a refund, your request must meet the following criteria:
- Condition 1: You can verify that you have not received your purchase within 14 days of purchase
- Condition 2: Your purchase was verifiable sent to the wrong wallet address by the OHP team.
Return Period: Refund requests must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Send an email to support@oneheartplatform.com or theoneheartplatform@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the following information:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Description of the Purchase
- Wallet Address
- Proof payment wasn’t delivered.
- Banking information
Confirmation: Our customer support team will review your request and notify you of its approval or rejection.
Refund: If the product is deemed eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 30 business days. The refund will be issued via bank transfer to an outlined bank by the user.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the specified refund timeline, please take the following steps:
Check Bank Account: First, check your bank account again. Refunds may take some time to appear in your account.
Contact Your Bank: If you still haven't received your refund, contact your credit card company or bank. There may be processing delays on their end.
